Exchange and Return Policies

1. Return and Exchange Period

You may return a product within 3 days of receiving it, or exchange it within 7 days, provided that the product is:

    Seal intact (not broken)

    In its original packaging and original condition

2. Return Shipping Fees

    The return shipping fee is 18 SAR, paid by the customer.

    The store does not cover any shipping costs.

3. Pottery or Breakable Products

    \n
  • \n

    When receiving pottery items or any breakable products, the customer must record a clear unboxing video at the moment of opening the package.

    This video is used as evidence in case the product arrives broken or damaged.

  • \n
  • \n

    Failure to provide an unboxing video may result in the return or exchange request being declined.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted for:

    Products that have been opened or have a broken seal

    \n
  • \n
  • \n

    Body care products after receipt

  • \n
  • \n

    Products not in their original packaging

5. Refusing to Receive the Order After Shipment

If the customer refuses to receive the order after it has been shipped, or does not respond to the delivery agent, a return shipping fee of 15 SAR will be applied.


6. Refund Processing

    Bank cards (Mada, Visa, Mastercard): Refunds are processed within two weeks

    Al Rajhi Bank payments: Refunds are processed within one week

  • \n
  • \n

    Cash on delivery: Refund is issued as store credit for future use and cannot be transferred to a bank account or card
